I met Alex while using the Redfin app. It was a stab in the dark and I was not sure what type of person I was going to meet. He was prompt and very professional. I have worked with many realtors but Alex is by far the best! I recommend him to all of my friends and family. He is kind, friendly, trustworthy and funny. He makes sure you are comfortable with your decisions and was always available to help me in any way he could in order for me to purchase my new home. My husband is in the military and was deployed at the time, so I was doing a lot of the home search and paperwork by myself. The process of buying a home is so frustrating and nerve wracking. Alex was on my side, he fought for me and helped me through the entire process. The amount of patience he has is astounding. He really took the time to answer each and every one of my questions and made sure I understood the answers. I was really considering buying a home that was a bit outside what would be financially comfortable for me and my family. Instead of just making the sale, Alex talked with me and reminded me of what my home buying goals were. He wanted to make sure we were comfortable with our payments and happy with our purchase for years to come. We ended up buying a BEAUTIFUL house with payments that wouldn’t kill us, so we can still have vacations and enjoy life. With Alex you are not just a paycheck or a number, you are his family.
